The results show a positive association between parental education and complementary feeding practices, while the relationship with breastfeeding is inconclusive. Public health interventions should focus on promoting appropriate complementary feeding for non- and/or low-educated parents, as well as encouraging educated mothers to initiate colostrum and practice proper breastfeeding.

Findings showed varying prevalence rates of deficiencies and anaemia across different BMI groups, with severe obesity consistently associated with vitamin D deficiency, while obesity class I showed a negative association with iron deficiency. No consistent association was found between BMI groups and vitamin B-12 deficiency and anaemia.
