Summary: Studies on learning strategies across cultures in higher education contribute to the internationalization of teaching and learning. Previous comparisons relied on geographical generalizations or variable-centered methods, which may overgeneralize the represented contexts. This study used both variable-centered and person-centered methods to analyze eight learning strategy datasets from seven countries. The results showed that cultural indicators, such as individualism-collectivism and power distance, were related to students' learning strategies, challenging existing stereotypes and highlighting the importance of cultural factors in cross-cultural comparisons of learning strategies. Theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.

Summary: This study explores healthcare chaplains' experience in providing spiritual support to individuals and families from minority religious and non-religious faiths, and identifies key elements of their role. Findings reveal three main themes: what chaplains bring, components of ritual, minority faith or no faith, and practising chaplaincy. The discussion highlights the role of healthcare chaplains in facilitating holistic person-centred care, supporting healthcare professionals, and the essential but often overlooked nature of chaplaincy services in interprofessional team working.

Summary: While the NASS framework is useful for identifying challenges with technology-supported person-centred care, it may not capture the dedication and passion for care transformation among healthcare providers. However, healthcare providers in the study have already accepted technology-supported person-centred care as the future of healthcare services and are focused on overcoming barriers pragmatically. Increased understanding of healthcare providers and their visions could be crucial for planning, implementing, and evaluating technology-supported healthcare programmes.
