An IL-based ordered nanostructured organosilica supported palladium (Pd@ONO-IL) is synthesized and characterized. The Pd@ONO-IL was used as powerful nanocatalyst in the Sonogashira reaction that the corresponding products were obtained in high yield. The study also showed high recoverability and reusability of Pd@ONO-IL without significant loss in activity and durability. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
