The Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC) Stock Project in Japan, which started in 2013, aims to produce and release clinical-grade HLA homozygous iPSC lines that can cover almost the entire Japanese population. The project has already begun distributing cell lines, conducting quality control tests, and has future plans in place.

The goal of the Project is to manufacture and release clinical-grade HLA homozygous iPSC lines that can cover almost the entire of Japanese population. We show the summary of the cell lines distributed, test results for quality control and future plans.
