Summary: The viscosity measurement standard systems developed by KRISS and PTB were compared, and the international equivalence of KRISS's standard system was confirmed. The measurement range of KRISS's system was 0.3-100000 mm2/s with 0.17-0.5% uncertainty. The viscosity standard systems of KRISS and PTB were bilaterally compared using three different viscosity standard liquids, and the calculated En was <1 for all experimental cases.

Summary: In this article, the quantum coherence of bipartite state is studied from the perspective of weak measurement. The concept of coherence relative to measurement is generalized, and the coherence for the Bell diagonal and Werner states is calculated. The notion of coherence is expanded to include correlations and its connections with other quantifications of nonlocality are explored. The coherence measure proposed in this article can be seen as a generalized version of the Wigner-Yanese skew information measure and other nonlocal measures. Uncertainty relations are introduced within the context of weak measurements, and a novel form of variance considering the weak value of an observable is proposed.

Summary: This paper discusses the application of the gamma radiation absorption method in measuring the velocity of dispersed phases in two-phase flows, specifically the flow of liquid-gas in a horizontal pipeline and liquid-solid particles in a vertical pipe. The research utilized radiometric sets with Am-241 gamma radiation sources and NaI(Tl) scintillation detectors. Statistical methods were employed to analyze the stochastic signals obtained from the scintillation probes. The phase method was found to be more accurate than the commonly used classical cross-correlation method in the presented cases.
