Summary: Embryo cryopreservation is an important part of ART, and the freeze-all strategy has shown higher live birth rates in high responders. However, there is no significant difference in normal responders. The freeze-all policy reduces the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, but both strategies have their own risks and there is no clear safer approach.

Summary: Couples' preferences for fresh embryo transfer versus freezing of all embryos followed by frozen embryo transfer are primarily driven by anticipated chances of live birth, miscarriage, neonatal complications, and costs. The study found that couples strongly preferred any IVF technique that offered an increase in live birth rates and reduced risk of miscarriage and neonatal complications. Older couples appeared to place less emphasis on the risk of neonatal complications than younger couples.

Summary: A study in the Netherlands compared the freeze-all strategy with the conventional strategy in IVF treatments, and found that the conventional strategy had a higher cumulative ongoing pregnancy rate per woman. However, further research is needed to determine the efficacy of the freeze-all strategy in different patient subgroups and embryonic development stages, and to weigh the potential benefits and risks for mothers and children.

Summary: The study found that embryos transfer impacts fetal cardiac remodeling and suboptimal function, with more pronounced changes after fresh embryo transfer compared to frozen embryo transfer. Fetuses conceived by assisted reproductive technologies showed larger atria, more globular ventricles, and thicker myocardial walls, as well as signs of suboptimal systolic and diastolic function as compared to spontaneously conceived pregnancies.

Summary: This study aimed to analyze the cumulative pregnancy rate achieved through multiple fresh or frozen embryo transfers in women with current, resected, or recurred endometrioma. The study found that the ovarian reserve, number of oocytes, number of embryos, cumulative clinical pregnancy rate, and live birth rate were similar in the three groups. Therefore, the IVF outcomes in the group with recurrent endometrioma are not inferior to the current or resected groups.

Summary: In this large-sample retrospective study, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy (EP) in frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles was found to be slightly lower than fresh embryo transfer (ET) cycles, with no significant difference. Among patients undergoing ET cycles, the long agonist protocol was associated with a significantly lower risk of EP compared to the GnRH antagonist protocol.

Summary: Based on the study, the 'freeze all' strategy may not have a significant difference compared to the conventional IVF/ICSI strategy in terms of cumulative live birth rate and ongoing pregnancy rate, but may have a lower risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. However, other risks such as maternal hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and having a large-for-gestational-age baby may increase with the 'freeze all' strategy.

Summary: The study found that term singletons born after frozen embryo transfer showed similar growth patterns up to 5 years of age compared to those born after fresh embryo transfer and natural conception. This suggests that the use of embryo cryopreservation in assisted reproduction is safe and feasible, with no significant differences in childhood growth observed among the three groups.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the clinical outcome of double cleavage-stage embryo transfers in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles for older women. The results showed that selecting optimal embryo types can achieve higher pregnancy rates, implantation rates, and live birth rates, while reducing the multiple pregnancy rate. Women older than 38 years need to transfer two high-quality embryos, while women aged 36 to 37 years should select one high-quality embryo or one high-quality plus one fair-quality embryo for transfer. Women younger than 35 years should choose a single high-quality embryo for transfer.

Summary: This study aims to assess the correlation between paternal age and clinical pregnancy and live birth rates in egg donation cycles. The results showed that paternal age was negatively correlated with the number of oocytes utilized, normal semen parameters, fertilization, clinical pregnancy, and live birth rates. Therefore, the influence of paternal age on reproductive outcomes should be considered in intracytoplasmic sperm injection donor cycles.

Summary: How well can whole chromosome copy number analysis from a single trophectoderm biopsy predict true mosaicism configurations in human blastocysts? When a single trophectoderm biopsy is tested, wide mosaicism thresholds increase false positive calls compared to more stringent ones without improving true detection rate, while binary classification provides the highest diagnostic accuracy.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum secretions on sperm motility, morphology, and DNA fragmentation when added to the sperm freezing medium. The results showed that the addition of 10^8 colony-forming units/mL Lactobacillus plantarum secretions did not significantly decrease sperm motility after thawing. Furthermore, the Lactobacillus plantarum secretions were found to protect sperm DNA integrity more effectively in the non-normozoospermia group.

Summary: Medical Assisted Reproduction has proven effective in treating most forms of infertility. The selection and transfer of embryos with the highest developmental potential is a key procedure in this treatment. Recent use of Artificial Intelligence models in embryo selection has shown great potential, but there is still room for improvement. To support algorithm advancement in this field, a dataset of static blastocyst images and annotations depicting morphological criteria and clinical parameters was built, providing a benchmark for human expert performance in annotating Gardner criteria.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the impact of trophectoderm biopsy on serum β-hCG level on the 15th day after embryo transfer (ET), delivery week, and birthweight. The results showed that serum β-hCG level on the 15th day after ET was comparable between biopsied and unbiopsied embryo groups, but the average birthweight was lower in the biopsied embryo group. The biopsied embryo group had a higher likelihood of having a baby with a birthweight less than 2500 g and a higher proportion of preterm delivery. However, after adjusting for potential covariates, trophectoderm biopsy did not seem to increase the risk of preterm birth.

Summary: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that might impact the probability of obtaining a euploid blastocyst following ICSI and PGT-A procedures in idiopathic RPL patients. A retrospective cohort analysis was conducted on 180 oocyte retrieval cycles of 166 women under 35 years old diagnosed with idiopathic RPL. The results showed that there was no correlation between the number of previous losses and the chance of finding at least one euploid embryo in ICSI cycles of women younger than 35 years.
