Summary: Polypharmacy is a significant health concern among older adults, and nurses have a crucial role in providing care and support. A meta-synthesis of qualitative studies was conducted to explore nurses' perceptions and experiences in caring for older adults with polypharmacy. The findings highlighted the challenges and importance of multidisciplinary teamwork, as well as the complexity of managing polypharmacy. Nurses should be empowered and involved in medication management to ensure the safety and well-being of older adults.

VR can provide positive experiences for older adults living with dementia and have long-term impacts on their everyday functioning. However, negative associations must also be taken into account before, during, and after VR use.

This study investigated the experiences of adults with a facial visible difference during COVID-19 and lockdown. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 21 adults, revealing three themes: escaping external judgment, existing feelings manifesting in new challenges, and COVID-19 taking priority. The study highlights the need for appropriate support for people with facial differences during lockdown and as restrictions ease.
