Before the reform and transformation, the coupling rate of each factor of the regional differentiation characteristics of the development ability of coastal villages and towns is relatively low under the market economy condition. Therefore, the research on the regional differentiation characteristics of the development ability of coastal villages and towns under the market economy condition in the reform and transformation is proposed. Through the establishment of the coastal villages and towns development capacity regional analysis feature analysis model, extract the regional development features, and complete the regional analysis feature evaluation of development capacity. The simulation experiment is designed to compare the coupling rate of each factor of the regional differentiation characteristics of the development capacity of coastal villages and towns under the market economy condition before and after the reform, which proves the effectiveness of the research.
