Summary: By integrating computational and experimental methods, this study successfully identified potential functional modules and bioactive compounds of Guizhi-Fuling capsule (GZFLC) for primary dysmenorrhea. The study also verified the anti-dysmenorrhea mechanisms of GZFLC, showing significant inhibition of pain response and reduction of uterine lesions in oxytocin-induced dysmenorrhea murine model. These findings suggest that GZFLC may alleviate primary dysmenorrhea by inhibiting cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2) and downregulating MAPK signaling pathway, providing pain relief and sustained benefits.

Summary: The study comprehensively summarized the main components of ZL capsule, and analyzed its mechanisms for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Through network pharmacology analysis, molecular docking and animal experiments studies, it was confirmed that ZL capsule plays the role of anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptosis and promoting angiogenesis by acting on multi-targets via multipathways. Over 1000 clinical cases have shown benefits from the treatment of ZL capsule, suggesting a holistic concept of the same therapy for different myocardial and cerebral diseases.
