Summary: Fuzzy number ranking is an important and fundamental subject in fuzzy set theory. This article proposes a simple framework for ranking fuzzy numbers that allows users to configure their own ranking operator. The framework is demonstrated to be concrete, user-configurable, and user-explainable in various examples. It also has potential applications beyond fuzzy ranking, making it a fundamental framework in fuzzy set theory.

Summary: Smart jewelry, as an extension of wearable technology, has gained attention from women who seek both style and functionality. This research addresses the lack of women-centered approaches in existing studies on smart jewelry and the need for determining evaluation criteria and selecting the best alternatives for women. Through a review of literature and expert opinions, three main criteria and seventeen subcriteria are identified. The findings reveal that technology-related criteria are prioritized by women, with activity tracking, price, and mobile alert being the most critical subcriteria. Based on the overall evaluation, Ringly Luxe Smart Bracelet is determined as the best smart jewelry for women. This research contributes practically by guiding women in their selection processes and providing insights for smart jewelry designers and producers. The proposed framework also considers the reliability of decision-makers and experts, adding methodological value.

Summary: This paper introduces a new approach to solve fully hesitant fuzzy linear programming problems with hesitant fuzzy numbers as parameters. By converting the problem into interval linear programming problems and using statistical regression analysis, approximate solutions are obtained. The method is validated through an example, showing that the solutions for decision variables and objective function are reasonable.

Summary: This study explores the ranking of fuzzy numbers, specifically the ranking of dependent fuzzy numbers. By comparing different fuzzy ranking methods, the equivalence and intransitivity of different methods in ranking independent and dependent fuzzy numbers are proven. Through a real-life case study, the differences in ordering alternatives by classical and modified ranking methods are demonstrated.

Summary: In this paper, a fuzzy dispersion measure associated with a finite set of data given by fuzzy numbers is introduced based on the analysis of the most widely used dispersion measure in the real context. This measure is implemented as a fuzzy number, so no information loss is caused by defuzzification. The proposed concept satisfies the usual properties in a genuinely fuzzy sense and removes limitations in terms of geometric shape or analytical properties, allowing negative values in its support. The new notion is a way of fusing information in a fuzzy dataset to make decisions based on dispersion.

Summary: The paper proposes a barrier analysis framework for the application of hydrogen energy storage (HES) in multiple power scenarios using the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) combined with interpretative structural modeling (ISM) method. The study finds that technical barriers, particularly immature hydrogen storage and transportation technology, dominate the impact on HES adoption. High initial investment cost, high P2X conversion costs, and inadequate policy are also crucial factors hindering the development of HES.

Summary: The popularity of hydrogen refueling stations in China is hindered by unreasonable site selection and high initial costs. Built gas stations with large consumer groups and reasonable locations can be expanded into oil-hydrogen combined stations, which can effectively reduce construction costs and approval complexity, improve hydrogenation infrastructure, and reduce hydrogenation costs. A decision framework for optimal site selection of oil-hydrogen combined stations was developed in this study to reduce construction costs, transportation costs, and carbon emissions. A two-stage criteria system and multiple methods were utilized to determine the criteria weight and obtain the ranking of alternatives. The most suitable gas station site for the construction of oil-hydrogen combined station was determined through a case study, and the economics of different hydrogen sources were discussed.

Summary: The strategic emerging industry(SEI) plays an important role in addressing the issues of high energy consumption, high pollution, and low efficiency in traditional production modes. However, there is a lack of studies that quantitatively analyze the input-output relationships and the sustainable development level of SEIs, and the existing method frameworks do not consider the current situation and development potential of SEIs. This research proposes a novel evaluation framework to fill these research gaps, which can guide local government, industry associations, and SEIs themselves in making scientific evaluations and promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
