In this work, pure CsPbCl3, CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 quantum-dots phosphate glasses were fabricated. Full spectrum (405-690 nm) emissions in visible wavelength range are achieved via varying with the ratio of Cl, Br and I halogen elements in the prepared glass host. Compared with the television color standard of the National Television Systems Commission, a wider gamut, ranging from typical purple to red, has discovered in this machine glass system. Furthermore, the photoluminescence properties of quantum dots glasses are detected at high temperature and the exciton binding energy curves are fitted. The fitted results, exciton binding energy increases about six times than previous works, demonstrate that the photoluminescence mainly comes from the recombination of excitons, rather than the recombination of free electrons and holes. Thus, varieties of practical applications, like display devices and the newest light-emitting diodes, are expected to be driven forward. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
