Findings have shown high prevalence of some psychiatric problems among respondents, particularly those staying outside of Fukushima Prefecture.

Usability Issues in Evidence-Based Psychosocial Interventions and Implementation Strategies: Cross-project Analysis

The study highlights the importance of using a usability evaluation lens to enhance the effective use and reach of EBPIs and implementation strategies.

Social, lifestyle, and health status characteristics as a proxy for occupational burnout identification: A network approach analysis

Brief bouts of device-measured intermittent lifestyle physical activity and its association with major adverse cardiovascular events and mortality in people who do not exercise: a prospective cohort study

Summary: This study aims to examine the associations between bouts of moderate-to-vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity (MV-ILPA) and the proportion of vigorous activity contributing within these bouts with mortality and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). The results showed that compared with bouts of less than 1 min, mortality risk was lower for bouts of 1 min to less than 3 min, 3 min to less than 5 min, and 5 to less than 10 min. Risk of MACE was also lower for bouts of 1 min to less than 3 min, 3 min to less than 5 min, and 5 min to less than 10 min. Short bouts (<1 min) were associated with lower MACE risk only when bouts were comprised of at least 15% vigorous activity.

Summary: This study focused on assessing the change in knowledge of health sciences students regarding healthy lifestyle promotion strategies during the spread of Covid-19, after participating in various online and social media educational programs. Results indicated a significant improvement in knowledge in intervention groups, with the online interactive educational workshop group showing the most effectiveness.

Critical reflection and sharing of experiences can help teams understand challenges and approaches. Our framework of 10 areas for reflection outlines our experience in operationalizing a large-scale interdisciplinary research program. We highlight the overarching challenge of structural and institutional barriers to cross-disciplinary research.

Summary: Nurses, managers, and policymakers perceive that various trust-building aspects contribute to organizational readiness for mHealth implementation. These aspects include how health-related data is stored and managed, how mHealth aligns with current organizational ways of working, how mHealth implementation is governed, and the camaraderie within healthcare teams to facilitate mHealth use. Poor capability to manage health-related data and lack of governance of mHealth implementation are described as barriers to readiness.

However, potential limitations, such as digital inclusion, data availability, privacy, ethics, data quality, and adverse consequences, should be carefully considered.

Summary: This study aimed to identify adverse events, determine harm clusters, and explore the potential of self-reporting by patients. The results showed that 58% of adverse events were suitable for patient self-reporting, with medical terms identified for all 117 harm clusters deemed appropriate for patient reporting. However, systematic reporting of severity grading was lacking.
