Summary: Based on panel data of China's A-share non-financial listed enterprises from 2011 to 2020, this study empirically examines the impact of ESG performance on corporate value from the stakeholders' perspective. The findings suggest that high-quality ESG performance significantly improves corporate value, with both media attention and analyst coverage playing intermediary roles. The analysis of the individual dimensions of ESG reveals that Environmental (E) and Social (S) factors have a positive impact on corporate value, while Governance (G) does not show a significant relationship. Moreover, heterogeneity analysis demonstrates that the effects of ESG performance vary for heavily polluting enterprises and enterprises with different levels of institutional investor ownership.

Summary: This paper analyzes the market reaction to reported discrimination and harassment against LGBT stakeholders using a sample of 167 events worldwide. The results show that there is a significant negative impact on market value following the announcement of an LGBT misconduct incident, with a decrease of around 0.5% over the event day and the next trading day. The average impact is lower after the #MeToo movement, suggesting that investors are less tolerant of inappropriate behavior based on sexual orientation. Firms that experience a large negative impact take concrete corrective actions to repair their reputation.

Summary: This paper presents concepts and recipes for the anytime performance assessment of benchmarking optimization algorithms in a blackbox scenario. The authors argue that runtime is the only performance measure with a generic, meaningful, and quantitative interpretation, and thus their assessment is solely based on runtime measurements. They discuss proper choices for solution quality indicators, target values, and the aggregation of runtimes.

Summary: This study compares agri-environmental indicators (AEIs) of the European Union (EU), OECD, and FAO and their representation in literature. It also evaluates stakeholders' opinions of the 28 AEIs based on four criteria and finds that Irrigation and Soil quality indicators receive the highest evaluation. The study concludes that tripartite cooperation between stakeholders-farmers, agri-environmental researchers, and policymakers-is necessary for successful implementation of EU's AEIs.

Summary: This research identifies 61 sustainability indicators from the primary stakeholders' perspective through seven stages, covering economic, social, environmental, and cultural aspects. The disclosure policies of cooperative organizations focus more on cultural and social aspects to mitigate information asymmetry, neglecting the environmental and economic pillars. As a result, there are weaknesses in the procedures for disclosing information on sustainability, reducing the primary stakeholders' reliability and limiting their perspective on the cooperative organization value.

Summary: Robotic grasping is important for practical applications and needs systematic evaluation. However, current evaluation methods often ignore the random variability in different experiments. To address this, we propose a statistical framework to analyze the performance of grasp planning algorithms, considering the variability between experiments. Our approach allows for distinct evaluations without repeating data collection and enables identification and evaluation of differences between algorithms that may not be apparent from overall success rates.

Summary: In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and Ukraine-Russian conflict, the global food system has experienced significant geo-political and socio-economic shocks, leading to increased food insecurity worldwide. This critical perspectives paper explores the concept of transitioning from a lean just-in-time food system to a more resilient and agile one, capable of effectively responding to routine supply operations as well as emergency situations. By promoting the idea of "leagility" and advocating for resilient and sustainable practices, such as digitalization and business continuity planning, this study argues for reducing the risk of food insecurity at personal, household, and community levels.
