Summary: Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) and its variants are widely used for clustering text documents. However, these methods do not explicitly consider the contextual dependencies between words. To address this issue, researchers draw inspiration from neural word embedding and propose jointly factorizing the document-word and word-word co-occurrence matrices. Empirical results show that this approach significantly improves the clustering performance of NMF on multiple real-world datasets.

Summary: Online shopping is increasingly popular, with consumers relying on e-commerce platforms to find information about the products and services they want. Consumer reviews on these platforms are often used as a reference during shopping. By collecting and analyzing online reviews, online retailers can monitor consumer opinions about various aspects of their products and services, such as quality, logistics, and packaging. This paper utilizes the LDA algorithm to extract the key factors that influence consumer satisfaction. Over 30,000 reviews of seven 3C product categories were analyzed, and the extracted framework was further analyzed using the DEMATEL-ANP method. The results reveal that brand value is the most important factor affecting consumer satisfaction with online products.

Summary: Plastic pollution has attracted global attention, leading the Chinese government to implement a plastic restriction policy. However, research shows that China's production efficiency of plastic substitutes is insufficient, consumers have poor experiences with them, and recycling information is not transparent. To address this, the government should encourage the development of high-quality and affordable plastic alternatives, improve national standards, promote green consumption habits, and enhance terminal recycling and disposal processes.
