Summary: Past research on the effects of knowledge diversity in teams on information sharing and performance has been inconclusive. Scholars have suggested that status hierarchy may play a role in this relationship, with some proposing that status differences restrict information sharing in diverse teams, while others argue that it may enhance information sharing. This study reconciles these different predictions by proposing that the effects of status hierarchy on information sharing in diverse teams depend on the stability of the hierarchy. The findings suggest that status differences constrict information sharing in knowledge-diverse teams when hierarchy stability is high, but amplify it when hierarchy stability is low.

Summary: Among 1060 consecutive laparoscopic cholecystectomies, the critical view of safety could not be demonstrated in 15.8% of cases, especially in those with higher difficulty grades. There were no biliary injuries or conversions, suggesting the importance of identifying cases where the CVS may not be achievable and considering alternate strategies for safe completion of the operation.

Summary: This study explores the potential role of critical thinking and emotion regulation in the immunity of university teachers in the context of higher education in Iran. The findings indicate that university teachers with higher levels of critical thinking are more immunized, and that emotion regulation can predict their immunity. Therefore, educational programs in higher education should focus on developing higher-order thinking skills and emotion regulation strategies to enhance teachers' immunity.

Summary: This study investigates how investor attributes with Chinese characteristics affect the throughput evolution and market shares of overseas container terminals. The results show that being a state-owned enterprise, owning a vessel fleet, and higher project ownership benefit the market shares of the terminals. However, shareholder complexity may have a negative impact on terminal competitiveness. Interestingly, investments in politically unstable areas with fewer regional ports are more likely to result in a greater market share for state-owned enterprises.

Summary: Research suggests that the length and sequence of linker DNA play crucial roles in nucleosome stacking, where twist is more restrictive than bend. Theoretical and experimental results indicate that stacking interactions are most stable when the linker DNA length is a multiple of 10 bp.

Summary: The importance of diet for health and longevity is well-established, and the impact of nutrients on the immune system has become a focus of research. Recent studies have discovered pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory properties of certain diet patterns and nutrients, which can be used to correct chronic low-grade inflammatory conditions. It is highly demanded to assess the potential effects of nutrition on macrophage differentiation, proliferation, and functioning in both health and disease.

Summary: This study presents a novel strategy of achieving higher hierarchical structures through cooperative self-assembly of hydrophobic tripeptides with reverse sequences, showing a low-to-high hierarchical structure transformation. The cooperation between different sequences also allows different morphological transitions, promoting a more compact molecular arrangement by creating more hydrogen bond interactions and in-register π-π stacking in the anti-parallel β-sheet conformation. This work provides a handy approach for controlled hierarchical assembly and the development of various functional bionanomaterials.

Summary: Employees at healthcare organizations are facing increased stress due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigates the impact of cognitive stress on turnover intentions and explores the role of perceived psychological safety in mitigating this effect. The findings suggest that psychological safety mediates the relationship between cognitive stress and turnover intentions, and COVID-19 worry and supervisor support moderate this relationship.
