Here, flow of magnetite nanoliquid by nonlinear stretching sheet is considered. Heat source/sink and nonlinear radiation are explored. Velocity and thermal slip aspects in Fe3O4-nanoliquid flow modelling are retained. Present study focuses on entropy generation analysis. Viscous dissipation, non-linear thermal radiation and joule heating irreversibilities are accounted. Formulated problems computed by Optimal Homotopy algorithm. The velocity, temperature, entropy generation, Bejan number, skin friction and heat transfer rate are discussed. It is observed that entropy generation rates enhances for Brinkman number and solid volume fraction of nanoparticles while reverse behavior of Bejan number holds. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V.
