Findings indicate that while homebuyers are aware of the benefits of green buildings, financial incentives are still the most motivating factor. Suggestions include increased informative promotion of green buildings among prospective homebuyers in developing countries.

Summary: This article examines the impact of green bonds on firms' green collaborative innovation using data from China's nonfinancial listed companies. The results show that issuing green bonds can significantly promote the quantity and quality of firms' green collaborative innovation. The mechanism research suggests that green bonds can improve the green independent innovation of enterprises, relieve their financing constraints, and enhance corporate reputation, thus promoting the green collaborative innovation of enterprises. Further research reveals that external reviews and repeated issuance of green bonds have a more significant impact on improving green collaborative innovation.

Summary: Using panel data from 263 prefecture-level cities in China, this study investigates the impact of intra-city industrial collaborative agglomeration and inter-city network connectivity on green technology innovation. The results show that both factors can enhance green technology innovation, but their effects vary across different city levels. Additionally, there is a significant negative moderating correlation between industrial collaborative agglomeration and network connectivity, especially in certain cities.

The results demonstrate that GBTs collaborative innovation has gradually expanded with a three-stage trend from 2006 to 2021, with State Grid Corp. China exerting significant influence. The study also highlights the geographic variations in spatial distribution, with Beijing occupying a central position and strengthening its role.

Summary: Enterprise Green Innovation Ecosystem (EGIE) functions as an important support for the formation and diffusion of green innovation. This study uses synergetics theory to examine the evolution mechanism of EGIE and establishes a dynamic evolution model for simulation analysis. The research finds that EGIE shows a collaborative evolution trend under the influence of environmental regulation (ER), with green knowledge creation and green product commercialization exhibiting a significant collaborative relationship.
