Summary: This paper develops a dual path model regarding the influence of work values on millennial employees' turnover intentions by using organizational identification and job satisfaction as mediators. The results show that millennial employees' intrinsic preference and long-term development dimensions of their work values lower their turnover intentions through partial mediation of their organizational identification and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the utilitarian orientation, interpersonal harmony, and innovative orientation only decrease turnover intentions through organizational identification or job satisfaction. This paper contributes to the theory by clarifying the relationship between millennial employees' work values and turnover intentions.
