Summary: The interest in plastics-containing outdoor clothing is mainly determined by the application, increasing with the sportiness of the respondents but not with their personal environmental awareness. The willingness to use bioplastics does not depend on the level of experience, but older consumers appreciate this option more. Only 20% of the respondents favored slowing consumption, 26% favored bioplastics, but 53% favored recycling of petroplastics.

Summary: As part of value-based payment, Pay-for-Performance (P4P) has the potential to reduce healthcare disparities. A systematic literature review identified six design features that are most likely to leverage P4P in reducing inequality. The interaction of these features with each other, with P4P as a whole, and within the larger reimbursement system can significantly impact disparities.

Summary: The study aims to assess the changes in performance indicators measured through Remuneration on Public Health Objectives (ROSP) scores between 2017 and 2020 in a French region, and compare the evolution in rural and urban areas. It also investigates the association between ROSP scores and sociodemographic characteristics in the area with the least improvement. The results show an overall improvement in scores, but rural areas have lower scores and require focused attention.

Summary: This study investigates the differential settlement characteristics of gully land creation on the Loess Plateau and explores the influencing factors through numerical modeling and sensitivity analysis. The results of numerical calculations show that fill height, filling velocity, water level difference, and the number of filling layers have a certain influence on settlement and settlement gradient. The settlement characteristics of V-shaped and U-shaped gullies also differ. Recommendations to reduce differential settlement include selecting open and gentle gullies during the design phase, minimizing fill and excavation heights, and increasing the number of filling layers and reducing the filling rate.
