Summary: This study aimed to investigate the impact of storage environment on the hardness, surface roughness, and wear ability of CAD/CAM resin-matrix ceramics. The findings suggested that an acidic environment can lead to deterioration in the surface properties of tested materials, except for CS material's hardness and wear resistance.

Summary: This study investigated the effects of 16% carbamide peroxide on the translucency and color stability of different CAD-CAM glass-ceramics. The results showed that the material type, bleaching, and finishing technique all had a significant impact on the relative translucency parameter and color difference values. The IPS ceramic had lower translucency and color difference values compared to the other materials. Glazed surfaces showed higher color stability than polished surfaces for the zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate ceramic.

Summary: This study evaluated the mineral content and surface characteristics of dental enamel exposed to bleaching agents using micro-CT, SEM, EDS, and AFM techniques. The results showed that the addition of Ca had no significant effect on the composition and surface characteristics of the enamel. There was a high correlation between the micro-CT and EDS results.
