Summary: There were independent correlations between the D parameter derived from IVIM DWI and the K-trans, K-ep, and V-e parameters derived from DCE-MRI. The factors that affected their correlations mainly included BME, gender, and the scope of lesions.

Summary: This study aimed to identify the preoperative MRI findings of breast cancer in different molecular subtypes using DCE-MRI and DWI. It found significant differences in clinical and MRI features among the subtypes, with DWI ADC values providing biological clues about molecular subtypes, particularly in relation to axillary lymph node status.

Summary: This study retrospectively analyzed the imaging features of 34 patients with limb ASPS and found that ASPS most commonly affects the lower extremities of adolescents and young adults. Common MRI features include hyperintense signals on T1WI, T2WI, and DWI, low apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), flow voids, and early arterial enhancement.

Summary: This study aimed to establish the relationship between chest magnetic resonance (MR) imaging findings and pathological classification of thymic epithelial tumors (TETs). The morphological features, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value, time-intensity curve (TIC) pattern, and time to peak enhancement (TTP) were found to be helpful in predicting TET pathology preoperatively.

Summary: Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and diffusion-weighted MRI can accurately distinguish between head and neck paragangliomas and schwannomas. Paragangliomas show significant differences in perfusion and diffusion characteristics, aiding in diagnosis.

Summary: The diagnostic value of multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) including dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in non-mass enhancing breast tumors was investigated. The results showed that DCE-MRI had the highest sensitivity for breast cancer detection, while the diagnostic value of mpMRI was limited.

Summary: The study compared the additional value of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) and dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced (DSC) MRI in differentiating glioma recurrence from pseudoprogression. The combination of DKI and DSC MRI showed improved diagnostic performance, with a diagnostic accuracy of 88.24%.

Summary: This study evaluated the diagnostic accuracy of quantitative DCE-MRI and DWI in the detection of local recurrence of soft-tissue sarcomas in the limbs. The results showed that rPF was significantly higher in cases of local recurrence, while rMTT was slightly lower. rPF demonstrated higher accuracy and specificity, allowing for differentiation between local recurrence and benign postoperative changes.

Summary: This study compared the performances of DCE-MRI, NME-DWI, and their combination as MP-MRI in predicting breast cancer prognostic biomarkers and molecular subtypes. The results showed that NME-DWI was comparable to DCE-MRI in predictive performance, while MP-MRI demonstrated significantly higher AUCs. Therefore, NME-DWI can be used as an alternative technique for breast cancer assessment.

Summary: This study aimed to develop and validate a deep learning model using conventional MRI and DWI to differentiate glioblastoma from single brain metastasis. The single-MRI-sequence DL models, including the T model and T&P model, achieved high AUC values in the validation set. The combination model showed improved classification performance when DWI was combined with T2WI and contrast-enhanced T1WI.
