Summary: This study explored the conversations of new mothers on a web-based parenting forum, identifying infant care as the most prominent topic discussed, with feeding and sleep as the most discussed subtopics. Discussions about maternal care were less frequent, including topics such as birth recovery, breastfeeding concerns, and interconception. The identification of a maternal learning cycle within the forum highlights the role of web-based communities in providing support and information for new mothers during the postpartum period.

Summary: This study aims to longitudinally model the influence of various factors on postpartum women's symptoms. The results showed that COVID-19-related fear and subjective impact at T1 had an impact on symptoms at T2, and this effect was fully mediated by trauma symptoms at T1. Additionally, marriage and high social support at T1 also had an indirect effect through trauma symptoms at T1. COVID-19-related fear at T2 positively predicted symptoms at T2, while social support at T2 had the opposite effect. Medical complications during pregnancy predicted symptoms in T2 negatively.

Summary: We present a case of a 35-year-old postpartum patient who presented with headache and was initially diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, but was later diagnosed with reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) based on imaging findings. Verapamil was initiated and there was improvement in intracranial abnormalities, but cervical vertebral arterial narrowing, possibly due to dissection, was discovered. Verapamil was continued and aspirin was initiated, leading to near-complete resolution of previously noted abnormalities at 5 months postpartum.

Summary: This study aimed to examine the spatial variations of duration to cure and its associated factors in Iran. The results showed that factors such as gender, altitude, bacilli density, delayed diagnosis, nationality, and location significantly influenced the duration to cure, while pretreatment weight was associated with shorter duration to cure. The spatial log-logistic model with convolution prior demonstrated better performance in analyzing the duration to cure of PTB patients.
