Summary: Drugs that modulate cytokine levels are commonly used for cancer treatment and inflammatory or immunologic disorders. There is clear evidence linking elevated IL-6 levels to P450 suppression, although the clinical significance of these interactions remains uncertain. PBPK modeling has been successful in predicting the impact of raised IL-6 on P450 activities. However, evidence regarding the direct effect of other cytokines on P450 activity is inconclusive.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the potential protective effect of AmnioMax (AMX) against testicular injury induced by cisplatin (CP) chemotherapy. Results showed that the CP+AMX group had significantly increased levels of total testis protein and mitochondrial IDH in the testicular tissue, as well as improved sperm motility and viability, reduced fibrosis, and increased Johnsen testis biopsy score compared to the CP group. Overall, these findings suggest that amniotic fluid may have a protective effect against cisplatin-induced testicular injury.

Summary: Starting from the 1920s, reinforced concrete began to develop its own design language for large bridges, especially in the construction of long-span arch bridges. By optimizing the cross-section and materials, and improving the structural analysis methods, significant advancements and innovations were achieved in reinforced concrete arch bridges.
