Summary: There is currently no unified medical professionalism framework in China, and limited research has been done on the perspectives of medical students on this topic. This study aimed to investigate how Chinese medical students perceive professionalism, and to provide guidance for future medical education reform and policy development. The findings revealed three main themes: inter-personal professionalism, intra-personal professionalism, and public professionalism. The students emphasized the importance of physician-patient relationships, proficiency of medical knowledge, and enthusiasm for health-related issues. The medical professionalism framework articulated by Chinese students was similar to that in other countries, with differences possibly attributed to the unique sociocultural environment. Future medical professionalism education should be adjusted according to students' understanding of professionalism.

Summary: This study focuses on the digital divide between developed and frontier regions of China, aiming to solve the global digital divide issue. The research was conducted with a sample of 1,520 high school students and 220 teachers. The study involved multiple stages, each dedicated to addressing research questions or confirming/rejecting hypotheses. Results showed significant differences in assessments and proficiency levels in digital education tools between developed and frontier regions, while gender did not have a significant impact. The study also found a strong correlation between evaluation of e-education methods and proficiency/familiarity with the tools, with the main cause of the digital divide being insufficient technology access, rather than psychological opposition or unpreparedness for e-education.

Summary: Through structured interviews, researchers explored the understanding and clinical application of practical wisdom among medical students and physicians. The findings suggest that practical wisdom is a multidimensional virtue that is closely related to ethics, professionalism, clinical judgment, and individualized patient care in medicine. Efforts to teach practical wisdom in medical education should clarify its dimensions and emphasize its relationship with other virtues.
