Summary: The increasing reliance on technology in today's world has made cybersecurity education for all crucial. As a result, there have been initiatives to integrate cybersecurity education at the pre-college level. However, there is limited research on the perspectives of in-service or pre-service teachers regarding this phenomenon. Understanding the perceptions of pre-service teachers is important as it can significantly influence their responses to cybersecurity issues and their behavior towards learning and promoting cybersecurity education. To gain insights into how future teachers view cybersecurity, a study was conducted on 451 pre-service teachers in a major public university in Lesotho. The findings suggest the need to raise pre-service teachers' behavioral intention to learn cybersecurity by highlighting the implications for their personal lives and society. The study discusses the implications for teacher education programs and identifies future research areas.

Summary: Digital educational games (DEGs) are an effective teaching approach, especially when used in collaborative learning scenarios. Understanding teachers' views and attitudes towards the use of DEGs is crucial. A questionnaire was given to 263 undergraduate students from Education departments in Greece to gather data on their views about using DEGs for collaborative learning. The findings showed a neutral to slightly positive attitude, but a positive intention to use DEGs for collaborative learning. The perceived usefulness and attitude towards DEGs were significant determinants of their intention to use them. Gender and frequency of playing games affected their perception of DEGs' usefulness, while age only impacted pre-service teachers' attitudes towards using DEGs for collaborative learning.

Summary: This study explored the relationship between teachers' role as a teaching model and their teaching beliefs, perceived value, psychosocial stress, and continuous intention to be observed in classroom observations. The results showed that teachers' constructivist belief in teaching was positively related to perceived value and negatively related to stress. Perceived value, in turn, was positively related to continuous intention to be observed. These findings can be applied to encourage teachers who are reluctant to showcase their teaching experience in classroom observations.

Summary: Teacher self-efficacy in using a gender approach to teaching is crucial for promoting gender sensitivity and equality in education. However, there is limited understanding of graduate training for gender-responsive STEM teaching. This study examined the effectiveness of the TEGEP scale in measuring teacher self-efficacy for gender equality practice across different countries and sexes, and found that Greek and Spanish STEM students lack confidence in gender knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for gender-sensitive teaching. The study highlights the need for a gender-responsive approach in STEM education and suggests using the TEGEP to assess and monitor the gender competencies of graduates in Greece and Spain.

Summary: The purpose of this study was to examine differences in occupational socialization among pre-service physical education teachers in different year groups. The study found that younger pre-service teachers felt more prepared and believed more in the benefits of professional development compared to their older counterparts. Acculturation had a critical influence on the occupational socialization of the pre-service teachers. The lack of early field experience may explain why older students felt less confident than their younger counterparts.
