This paper describes fabrication and performance of a screen-printed three-electrode type micro-electrochemical cell, in which a micro-channel and three electrodes were formed on a glass sheet by fully screen-printing. The micro-channel was printed using a glass ink. The volume of the micro-channel was estimated about 0.3 mu L. Cyclic voltammogram was measured in 1 M Na(2)SO(4) solution containing 10 mM K(3)[Fe(CN)(6)] under non-flow and flow conditions. The anodic and cathodic peak currents were observed due to the redox reaction of [Fe(CN)(6)](3-/4-) and the current values depended on the scanning rate under non-flow condition. In case of flow condition, cathodic limiting currents were obtained. The cathodic limiting current increased with increase of the cubic root of the volume flow rate of the solution.
