Summary: The conventional magnetic circuit theory cannot analyze the phase shift and amplitude attenuation of alternating flux. By introducing a new physical concept called magnetic-inductance and considering both reluctance and magnetic-inductance, a new theory for alternating-flux magnetic circuits has been developed. The magnetoelectric power law and the concept of virtual magnetic power further solve the problems in previous magnetic circuit methods and are validated through experiments, demonstrating their applications in eddy current loss analysis and B-H curve estimation in magnetic materials.

Summary: The concepts of international trade and the environment are closely related, and there are numerous studies examining their relationship. However, no previous bibliometric analysis has been conducted to understand current research trends in the intersection of trade and environmental regulation/protection/policy. This study analyzed 1390 research articles from 2000 to 2021 and found an increasing publication trend. The United States and the University of California were the most productive in terms of publications.

Summary: The study aimed to quantitatively analyze the research outputs of studies on post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN) published over the past 30 years using bibliometric analysis. The results showed an increasing trend in the number of PHN-related publications and the academic achievements of Korean pain physicians in this field, but there is a relatively small proportion of studies on interventional treatments. Therefore, Korean pain physicians need to strengthen academic research on interventional treatment to expand their role in this field and improve the outcomes of PHN patients.
