Electrical Rolling of a Metal Powder in Roll Electrodes with a High-Density Current

The effect of roll electrode voltage on the electrical rolling of metal powders is considered. Formulas for voltage computation during electrical rolling are derived. The breakdown voltages of powder materials are determined experimentally. The optimum values of voltage during the electrical rolling of widespread metal powders are established.
