Summary: A more effective optimization method based on orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) is proposed to solve the MMU problem with large MMU thresholds, compared to state-of-the-art methods such as ADMM, PGD, and SCD. The new method combines the iterative convex relaxation (ICR) method and a modified OMP optimization algorithm to decouple the MMU constraint and optimize the spot weights. The results show that OMP substantially improves the plan quality compared to ADMM, PGD, and SCD.

Summary: The Terahertz (THz) band, with its ultra-wide bandwidth and narrow beamwidth, is considered for the development of the sixth generation wireless networks. However, THz-band transmission faces challenges such as beam-splitting, where the beams generated at different subcarriers split and point in different directions. An approach called beam-split-aware orthogonal matching pursuit (BSA-OMP) is proposed to efficiently estimate the THz channel and beamformer design without additional hardware. Numerical results show that the BSA-OMP approach outperforms existing state-of-the-art techniques.

Summary: This study developed a UPLC-MS/MS method to determine the concentrations of flumatinib and its metabolite M1. The results showed that ketoconazole, posaconazole, and isavuconazole had stronger inhibitory effects on flumatinib metabolism compared to itraconazole, fluconazole, and voriconazole. Pharmacokinetic experiments in rats indicated that isavuconazole significantly altered the pharmacokinetic parameters of flumatinib, but had no effect on the metabolism of M1. Therefore, the study concluded that isavuconazole may increase the plasma concentration of flumatinib, highlighting the importance of monitoring the interactions between flumatinib and isavuconazole in clinical applications.
