The isotriplet Sigma(c)(2800) baryon with possible quantum numbers J(P) = 1/2(+/-) or 3/2(+/-) is considered as a hadronic molecule composed of a nucleon and a D meson. We determine the strong two-body decay widths Sigma(c) -> Lambda(c)pi which are shown to be consistent with current data for the J(P) = 1/2(+) and J(P) = 3/2(-) assignments.

Yubing Dong, Pengnian Shen

Summary: This article mainly describes the estimation of the production cross section for the possible dibaryon and anti-dibaryon pair d*(d) over bar* in the upcoming experiments, in order to confirm the existence of the dibaryon state d*(2380) observed at WASA@COSY.

Novel corrections to the momentum sum rule for nuclear structure functions

Stanley J. Brodsky, Valery E. Lyubovitskij, Ivan Schmidt

Summary: We address novel features of deep inelastic lepton scattering on nuclei at small Bjorken variable x(Bj). In this regime, the lepton-nuclear cross section involves the interference between the standard lepton-quark scattering amplitude and a two-step process. The phases associated with the t-channel exchanges in the diffractive amplitude can produce interference of the one-step and two-step amplitudes, regulating the amounts of shadowing suppression and anti-shadowing enhancement at low x(Bj).

An estimate of dibaryon production in the process of p(p)over-bar → d* (2380) + (p)over-bar(n)over-bar at (P)over-baranda facility

Yubing Dong, Pengnian Shen

Summary: In this study, the possible production of the single dibaryon state d* (2380) through the p (p) over bar -> d* (2380) (p) over bar(n) over bar process at the Panda facility is estimated. A phenomenological Lagrangian approach is used to analyze the single d* production based on the conclusions obtained from the non-relativistic constituent quark model. The dominant contribution is found to come from the (Delta) over bar(Delta) over bar -> (p) over bar(n) over bar subprocess.

QCD at the amplitude level: Fock state interference in heavy quark electroproduction

Valery E. Lyubovitskij, Ivan Schmidt

Summary: This article discusses the heavy quark electroproduction on protons induced by certain Fock states and the non-perturbative gluon in the proton. These Fock states result in both perturbative and intrinsic heavy quark contributions, which interfere with each other. The nonperturbative light-front wavefunctions of these Fock states are calculated using the color-confining light-front holographic QCD theory. The analysis reveals a novel asymmetry between intrinsic and extrinsic heavy quark content in QCD and provides new insights into heavy quark phenomena at the amplitude level.

Dark SU(2) Stueckelberg portal

Valery E. Lyubovitskij, Alexey S. Zhevlakov, Aliaksei Kachanovich, Serguei Kuleshov

Summary: We investigate the non-Abelian SU(2)D extension of the U(1)D Stueckelberg portal, which acts as a mediator between the Standard Model (SM) and the dark sector. This portal utilizes the Stueckelberg mechanism to generate masses for the dark gauge bosons. The proposed U(1)D circle times SU(2)D Stueckelberg portal has a connection to SM matter fields, similar to the familon model. We derive constraints on the couplings of dark portal bosons and SM particles, which control diagonal and nondiagonal flavor transitions of quarks and leptons.

Bulk-to-boundary propagators with arbitrary total angular momentum J in soft-wall AdS/QCD

Valery E. Lyubovitskij, Ivan Schmidt

Summary: This study derives the equations of motion for the bulk-to-boundary propagators of AdS boson and fermion fields in a soft-wall AdS/QCD model and solves them analytically. It focuses on studying transition form factors induced by these propagators for on-shell and off-shell hadrons, building upon previous research on form factors induced by propagators with total angular momentum J = 1.

Predictions for the Sivers single-spin asymmetry from holographic QCD

Valery E. Lyubovitskij, Ivan Schmidt, Stanley J. Brodsky

Summary: Holographic light-front QCD, a new approach to nonperturbative QCD, presents a comprehensive model for hadron dynamics and spectroscopy. It incorporates color confinement, a universal hadron mass scale, the prediction of a massless pion in the chiral limit, and connections between the spectroscopy of mesons, baryons and tetraquarks across the full hadron spectrum. In this article, predictions for the Sivers asymmetry and related transverse momentum distributions for the proton are presented based on the light-front wavefunctions of the baryon eigenstate predicted by holographic QCD.

Radiative transitions of charmonium states in the covariant confined quark model

Gurjav Ganbold, Thomas Gutsche, Mikhail A. Ivanov, Valery E. Lyubovitskij

Summary: In this study, dominant radiative transitions of charmonium S- and P-wave states were investigated within the covariant confined quark model. Gauge invariant leading-order transition amplitudes were expressed using conventional Lorentz structures or helicity amplitudes, with renormalization couplings of the charmonium states fixed by compositeness conditions. By fitting latest data, an optimal parameter value describing the quark distribution inside hadrons was determined, resulting in estimated results in good agreement with experimental data.

New findings in gluon TMD physics

Valery E. Lyubovitskij, Ivan Schmidt

Summary: In this study, a model-independent decomposition of the gluon correlator is revisited to produce T-even and T-odd gluon transverse momentum distributions at leading twist. The study proposes an expansion of the gluon correlator using a basis of four tensors, allowing clear interpretations of the transversity T-odd TMDs with linear polarization of gluons. Through a light-front wave function representation, T-even and T-odd gluon TMDs in the nucleon are derived, with the TMDs constructed as a factorized product of two LFWFs and a gluonic matrix. The study also derives new sum rules involving T-even TMDs and makes conjectures about additional sum rules for T-odd gluon TMDs, validating them at different orders of the strong coupling constant.

Gluon parton densities in soft-wall AdS/QCD

Valery E. Lyubovitskij, Ivan Schmidt

Summary: In this study, gluon parton densities and form factors in the soft-wall AdS/QCD model were examined, showing that their power behavior at large values of the light-cone variable and square momentum align with quark counting rules. The transverse momentum distributions derived from this approach also adhere to the model-independent Mulders-Rodrigues inequalities without the need for specific model parameters. All gluon parton distributions are defined in terms of unpolarized and polarized gluon PDFs and profile functions, which are related to gluon PDFs via differential equations.
