Using a readily available form of the mono-phosphine ligand, Gorlos-Phos center dot HBF4, Pd-catalyzed borylation of aryl chlorides afforded aryl boronates in high yields. A variety of functional groups are well compatible with this palladium catalyzed borylation reaction.
