Summary: This study aimed to assess the feasibility and treatment effects of a psychoeducative and counseling intervention program targeting 4 postconcussion symptoms. The experimental group receiving the SAAM intervention showed high rates of satisfaction, and preliminary results suggested that this intervention could potentially reduce postconcussion symptoms, depression symptoms, fatigue, and sleep difficulties. Further randomized controlled trials on a larger scale are needed to confirm these findings.

Summary: This study examined the effectiveness of a Supportive Parenting App (SPA) on parental outcomes during the perinatal period. The findings showed that parents in the intervention group had better perceived social support but poorer parental bonding compared to the control group. The limited effectiveness of the SPA intervention in providing support may be attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results also highlighted the importance of tailoring interventions to address the different support needs of mothers and fathers.

Summary: This study assessed the effectiveness of a tailored intervention program in improving CPAP use and self-efficacy in individuals with OSA. The results found that the intervention group had significantly higher CPAP usage rates compared to the control group, indicating improved treatment outcomes. Therefore, providing psychoeducation prior to CPAP initiation, supplemented with additional sessions during the early stages of therapy, and combined with thorough follow-up, can enhance CPAP utilization.
