Data were collected from 414 intensive care unit nurses in Central China. The study found that the nursing work environment is an important factor affecting the professional quality of life of intensive care unit nurses.

Summary: The study examined the Indonesian version of the Nurses Professional Values Scale-3 (NPVS-3) using forward and backward translation methods and cluster sampling of 600 nurses. The Indonesian version showed sufficient content validity, construct validity, and reliability, supporting three factors (Caring, Activism, and Professionalism) with good internal consistency.
