Two new species of Ceratosporella collected on submerged decaying plant material in Brazilian Amazon Forest are described, illustrated and compared with closely related taxa. They are C. amazonica sp. nov. and C. hernandezii sp. nov. The conidial production is commented, a dichotomous key and a plate for all accepted Ceratosporella species are provided.
