Two new hyphomycetes are described and illustrated from specimens collected on dead branches in Hainan Province, China. Acrodictys nigra sp. nov. is characterized by terminal monoblastic conidiogenous cells bearing solitary ellipsoid or obovoid black conidia that consist of three columns of cells, with a protuberant portion at the basal cell. Repetophragma hainanense sp. nov. differs from other Repetophragma species in its smaller obovate to clavate one-septate brown to dark brown conidia.
