During a recent excursion in Igdir region (Turkey), we sampled lichens from two localities, among which Lecanora wrightiana and Rhizocarpon inimicum were determined as new to Turkey and the Middle East. Geographic distribution, substrate, chemistry, and comparisons with morphologically similar taxa are presented.
