Previous association results between dopamine D1 receptor (DRD1) rs4532 polymorphism and antipsychotic treatment response in schizophrenia and schizoaffective subjects have been conflicting. Thus, we have conducted a systematic review followed by a meta-analysis. Our results indicated no association between DRD1 rs4532 polymorphism and overall antipsychotic response or clozapine monotherapy response. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
