Summary: Pseudophase microextraction (PPME) is presented as a simple in-line sample concentration technique in micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC). Compared to popular electric-field driven stacking techniques in MEKC, such as sweeping, PPME is pressure-driven and can greatly improve peak heights for target analytes. The entire capillary is loaded with the sample and undergoes pressure-driven concentration, leading to effective detection of low levels of analytes in drinking water and natural water samples.

Summary: This study combines the advantages of different point cloud acquisition methods to provide high-quality basic data for structure measurement and modeling. By analyzing the mechanisms of different sensors, the integrity of point cloud data, and the single-point geometric characteristics, the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for collecting point clouds of special-shaped structures are compared. Additionally, a point cloud void repair technology based on TLS point cloud is proposed to generate high-quality basic point cloud data of special-shaped structures.

Summary: This paper proposes a fully automatic method for reconstructing parameterized BIM using point clouds to address the problems encountered in industrialized bridge construction. Algorithms for bridge point cloud segmentation and extraction of geometric features are developed to improve the accuracy and reliability of the reconstructed BIM. The feasibility of the proposed method is evaluated and verified using both theoretical and actual bridge point clouds.

Summary: Feature extraction is crucial for deep-learning-based point cloud registration. Previous work often neglects shallow information, which is important for point cloud registration, as the neural network deepens. Shallow information represents the structure of the point cloud, while deep information represents its semantics. We demonstrate that incorporating shallow information in feature extractors positively impacts point cloud registration, as evidenced by experimental results on the ModelNet40 dataset.

Summary: The study found that charge matching plays an important role in the interaction between ionic surfactants and reagents, enhancing the analytical signal of the surfactants. Additionally, hydrophobic binding between oppositely charged reagent particles and surfactants can further enhance the effect of charge matching, while the detection effect is not significant for reagents with weak solvatochromic properties.

Summary: This study investigates the influence of cationic and anionic surfactants on the fluorescence spectra of charged reagents in aqueous solutions of nonionic surfactant Triton X-100. It is found that the fluorescence intensity increases and the fluorescence maximum position shifts with increasing hydrophobicity, and the analytical signal is amplified when the surfactant matches the charge values of the reagent and counterion. The effects observed are significant in the design of fluorescent systems for studying surfactant micelles and have been tested in detecting ionic surfactants in pharmaceuticals.

Summary: The study investigates the influence of charge, hydrophobicity, and spatial characteristics on the analytical signal of cationic and anionic surfactants in their association with fluorescent reagents in aqueous solutions. The results show that the contribution of electrostatic interactions, hydrophobic matching, and spatial matching play a significant role in determining the surfactant analytical signal. The effects observed lead to the design of an analytical system for the determination of sodium dodecyl sulfate with a fluorescent reagent.
