Summary: The main purpose of this paper is to solve the deadlock problem encountered by the algorithm in robot path planning. Two strategies are proposed to help the algorithm solve the common deadlock problem, including a deadlock prediction strategy based on connectivity detection and a dynamic backtracking strategy. The paper demonstrates the effectiveness of these strategies through a case study using the ant colony algorithm, showing significant improvement in the optimization rate of the optimal path and number of iterations.

Summary: In this study, we developed a screening system to identify the optimal binding buffer composition for improving aptamer-ligand binding. Using multiplex assays, we determined that a specific binding buffer system is required to ensure the specific binding of all aptamers. We found that increasing NaCl concentration decreased binding for all aptamers, while pH values did not significantly affect the aptamer binding. However, pH < 5 resulted in non-specific binding for all aptamers. Additionally, we discovered that the presence of divalent cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, Mn2+) is essential for the binding of all aptamers.

Summary: The discovery of new fungal effector proteins is essential for screening cultivars for disease resistance. Current bioinformatics methods based on sequence analysis have limited success in predicting functional effector proteins. However, the availability of experimentally determined 3D structures has allowed for the identification of structural similarities among diverse fungal effectors. In this study, template-based modeling was used to predict the 3D structures of effector sequences, revealing matches with both fungal and non-fungal effector-like proteins. Accurate modeling of fungal effectors was achieved using RaptorX. The predicted structures can be used to study effector-plant interactions through molecular docking, improving our understanding of these interactions.
