Summary: In this case report, a female patient with advanced sweat gland carcinoma was treated with surgery, radiotherapy, multiple lines of chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. The patient survived for 35 months, and the treatments slowed the progression of the disease as indicated by MRI tumor monitoring. The effectiveness of these treatments should be further explored for more patients with sweat gland carcinoma in the future.

Summary: We present a case of advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) where radical surgery was not feasible due to tumor invasion. Six cycles of gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (GEMOX) regimen combined with camrelizumab immunotherapy achieved a partial response and successful tumor conversion. The patient subsequently underwent successful radical surgical resection, indicating that the GEMOX regimen combined with camrelizumab could be a potential conversion therapy strategy for advanced ICC patients.

Summary: 5-fluorouracil and capecitabine are commonly used anti-neoplastic drugs, but overdosing and specific gene mutations can lead to severe toxicities. Uridine triacetate is an emergency treatment for these toxicities. This report presents a case in which uridine triacetate successfully reversed delayed central nervous system toxicity caused by 5-fluorouracil.

Summary: Langerhans cell sarcoma (LCS) is a rare malignancy with poor prognosis. We presented a case of primary LCS in the urinary bladder, which was treated with TURBT and short-term local chemotherapy. Our experience suggests that non-muscle-invasive bladder LCS may be managed similar to non-muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma.

Summary: This case report presents a rare case of spontaneous thyroid hemorrhage due to Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) progression. The patient achieved clinical stability after systemic chemotherapy but developed sudden neck swelling and dyspnea seven years later. Prompt diagnosis and treatment with partial thyroidectomy led to a successful recovery. Long-term active surveillance for multi-system LCH patients with thyroid involvement is recommended to monitor for potential complications like spontaneous thyroid hemorrhage. Further studies are needed to establish guidelines for the treatment of thyroid LCH.
