Summary: This work uses statistical concepts to evaluate the joint probability distribution of manufacturing and test parameters and predict the future trend of wafer test yield. An enhanced integrated circuit (IC) test scheme is proposed, utilizing multiplex testing to improve test quality and test pass rate through retesting, and determining the best test and profit using cost evaluation. The International Roadmap for Devices and Systems (IRDS) 2017 data is employed to estimate future test yield trends, and the results show that the enhanced test scheme can effectively estimate the best retest time for optimal test yield and profit.

Summary: This article proposes robust stabilization control techniques and a time delays compensation method for a networked multi-station cooperative motion system (MSCMS) with random network-induced communication constraints. The uncertain multi-nodes model of MSCMS is established, and considerations are given to random network communication delays, station nodes position compensation, two types of station nodes topologies, and mutual position disturbance among the multistation nodes. A discrete-time Markov chain is used to model the random network delays, and a time delay compensation method is applied to compensate for tracking errors. Stability conditions and a robust controller design method for MSCMS are presented using a new Lyapunov functional, stability theory, and inequality techniques. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through comparative experimental results.
