Summary: A method for F-18-fluoroethylation without azeotmpic drying of cyclotron-produced [F-18]F- has been developed, enabling simplified automated radiosynthesis of [F-18]fluoroethylated tracers, [F-18]FEDAC and [F-18]FET, with radiochemical yields of 26 +/- 3.7% and 14 +/- 2.2% respectively.

Summary: This study presents two strategies for accessing the F-18-isotopologue of rucaparib using a copper-mediated nucleophilic F-18-fluorodeboronation. The most successful approach involves an aldehydic boronic ester precursor and reductive amination post-F-18-labeling, resulting in [F-18]rucaparib with a high activity yield and molar activity. Preliminary in vitro studies showed promising results.

Summary: GPR44 has been found to play a significant role in inflammation-related diseases, but its precise mechanism is still unclear. This study successfully developed [F-18]TM-30089 as a radiotracer for GPR44 and demonstrated its promising targeting ability. This may contribute to the understanding of GPR44's mechanism and monitoring of therapeutic progress.

This study successfully synthesized a radiotracer based on the original structure of anle138b, labeled with fluorine-18 isotope, suitable for preclinical studies in animal models and/or cell cultures.

The study found that 18F-FAPTG showed high specificity, low cellular efflux, and high tumor uptake, while displaying lower uptake in the gallbladder. Summary: The compound (S)-4-(3-fluoro-4-methoxybenzyl)-2-(phenoxymethyl)morpholine II showed good D-4 selectivity and specific binding, making it a promising candidate for further evaluation as a PET ligand. The discovery of new lead structures for high-affinity D-4 ligands provides new possibilities for the development of suitable PET radioligands that could potentially benefit patients with neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases.

A protocol for the radiosynthesis of 1-(2-[F-18]fluoroethyl)-L-tryptophan has been presented, with promising results in terms of radiochemical yield and purity.

Summary: A one-pot synthetic method was used to prepare MnSAPO-18 catalysts, which exhibited high crystallinity and efficient scrubbing of NOx in the flue-gas denitration reaction. The study investigated the impact of various factors on the SCR performance of these catalysts and revealed the optimum combination of variables for hydrothermal synthesis. The novel catalysts were found to have promising potential for industrial application.

Summary: This study aimed to improve the statistical power in detecting changes in brain glucose metabolism, amyloid, and tau deposition in Alzheimer's disease studies by using a reference tissue-based quantification approach. The results showed that the tracer-specific reference tissue improved the detection of PET SUVR changes, which is beneficial for early diagnosis, disease progression monitoring, and therapeutic response in Alzheimer's disease.
