Summary: This study developed a model based on the S-O-R paradigm and existing research to explain why telecom customers continue to use mobile value-added services. The findings show that both customer satisfaction and perceived value have direct positive influences on continuance usage intention, with customer satisfaction being the more significant factor. Customer service quality, service content quality, and mobile network quality were identified as direct predictors of perceived value.

Summary: With the rise of environmental awareness and the popularity of the Internet of Things, green smart home products have become the dominant trend in future home life. However, the actual number of users who purchase these products remains low due to current technological limitations. This study explores the factors influencing Chinese consumers' purchase intention of green smart home products through structural equation modeling, highlighting the importance of both task-technology fit and social-technology fit in enhancing users' intention to purchase.

Summary: This study investigated the effect of lyophilization on the nutritional value and retention of functional ingredients in ovine and porcine by-products. The results showed that lyophilization did not significantly affect protein and fat content, but may have an impact on the amount of certain amino acids. The process of lyophilization is appropriate for preserving the nutritional value and beneficial components of meat by-products.

Summary: This study found that growth mindsets are crucial for cultivating positive emotions and self-development by enhancing adaptability, leading to increased enjoyment, self-concept, and self-efficacy in language learners. On the other hand, fixed mindsets may result in decreased anxiety, self-concept, and self-efficacy, highlighting the significance of growth mindsets in foreign language education.

Summary: Customer-Focused Voice (CFV), which refers to employees' discretionary expression of constructive ideas that benefit the customer, has been proven to enhance service effectiveness. While the importance of supervisors in promoting employee voice is widely acknowledged, the impact of coworkers on voice behaviors remains unclear. To fill this knowledge gap, this study suggests that supervisor support, coworker relationship quality, and intrapersonal employee factors collectively influence the engagement in CFV by frontline employees and the subsequent effects on performance outcomes. Findings indicate that supervisors and coworkers influence CFV by affecting psychological safety, and these indirect effects are significant when perspective-taking self-efficacy is high. Additionally, perspective-taking self-efficacy acts as a critical moderator in determining the extent to which psychological safety influences in-role and customer-oriented performance.

Summary: Solid wastes containing chromium produced by chemical and leather industries pose challenges for proper disposal. A plasma-assisted aluminothermic process has been developed to convert the hazardous waste into non-toxic products quickly and completely recover metals from the waste. Analysis shows the treated products are non-toxic and easy to separate, making this process efficient and environmentally friendly.

Summary: Microwave pyrolysis powered by solar photovoltaic electricity has been studied for disposal of corn stover in India. The study focuses on maximizing wood vinegar and biochar yields with applications in agriculture and economic benefits for farmers. Under optimal conditions, wood vinegar and biochar yields were measured at 31% and 34%, respectively. Techno-economic assessment estimates monthly income, payback period, and CO2 mitigation quantity for lab-scale and scaled-up production systems. This research contributes to greenhouse gas reduction, climate change mitigation, and economic benefits for farmers through effective utilization of agro-residues.
