It shows that these solutions are stable along a co-dimension one Lipschitz manifold of data perturbations in a suitable topology, provided the scaling parameter is sufficiently close to the self-similar rate.

Summary: The persistence of non-native pronunciation is a well-known phenomenon in second language acquisition research. Previous linguistic knowledge, including trained articulation skills and the ability to accurately recognize and define new targets, plays a significant role in explaining this. This study aims to describe the interphonology of three groups of learners whose native languages are Spanish, Italian, and French, focusing on the area of consonant phonological system known as rhotics. Data from oral productions were collected and analyzed for levels of convergence and deviations. The results reveal different patterns related to native language and syntagmatic context.

Summary: This paper discusses the social, cognitive, and affective consequences of the devastating earthquake that struck the Banija region on December 29, 2020. It argues that the natural disaster serves not only as a catastrophe but also as a form of catharsis, exposing political negligence, difficult pasts, and deep connections to the environment. The author interprets personal narratives and solidarity as the foundation for building new affective communities and resolving national narratives, contributing to community empowerment. The paper utilizes participatory ethnography, folk narrative theory, ethnography of the senses, and the concept of "deep implicancy" to understand the human connection to all matter. The author concludes that villagers, living with and depending on nature, make sense of their unique experiences of disaster by comparing them with others' suffering and constructing a narrative frame that combines personal and cosmological elements.

The results showed a decrease in the number of WLs and ULs issued in recent years, but still found that 25% of the letters involved COA infringements (with 23% related to PRO issues), indicating an increasing FDA attention to patient-focused drug development.
