AH Plus showed significantly deeper penetration compared to TFHF, with greater penetration in the bucco-oral direction. Warm vertical compaction did not achieve deep penetration into dentinal tubules, with penetration depth values not exceeding a mean of 110 μm in SEM.

Summary: A new microscopic method was used to compare the dentine tubule penetration ability of AH Plus, MTA Bioseal, and WellRoot ST after filling, retreating, and reshaping the root canals. It was found that there was no significant difference between the groups, except at the 6 mm level after reshaping the root canals. This study highlights the difficulty in completely removing sealer remnants from dentin walls even after reshaping the root canals.

Summary: In this study, the behavior of crystal defects in beta-Ga2O3 was examined through the study of etch pits formed by molten alkali etching and their associated dislocations. The etch pits were found to correspond to dislocation propagation on the (100) plane, and the asymmetry of etch pit shapes was proportional to the propagation angle of dislocations. The propagation angle distribution of dislocations was determined using SEM analysis of Cannonball-type etch pits.

Summary: This study compared the differences in solubility, alkalizing potential, and suitability for warm-vertical compaction between AH Plus Bioceramic Sealer (AHBC), Total Fill BC Sealer (TFBC), and epoxy-resin sealer AH Plus (AHP). The results showed that AHBC and TFBC had significantly higher solubility than AHP, and TFBC had a longer-lasting alkaline potential. Thermal treatment did not compromise the performance of these sealers.

Summary: This article proposes a new method for serial section registration using an unsupervised optical flow network to measure feature similarity and eliminate nonlinear deformation. The optical flow network is also used to estimate and compensate for cumulative registration error, enabling the reconstruction of biological tissue structures. Experimental results demonstrate that this method effectively improves the spatial continuity of serial sections and enhances the accuracy of registration and reconstruction for biological tissue structures.

Summary: This study evaluated the effect of previous root canal treatment on the penetration depth of calcium silicate-based sealers and compared two different measurement techniques. The results showed that previous root canal treatment limited the penetration depth of the sealers used during retreatment. The use of AH Plus and MTA Fillapex sealers showed advantages in the retreatment process.

Summary: This study evaluated the effects of separated file fragments of nickel-titanium rotary systems on the apical sealer penetration in oval-shaped root canals using a confocal laser scanning microscope. Results showed that the penetration depth and area increased from apical to coronal in all systems, with constant taper files showing more positive results in terms of sealer penetration at apical 3rd and 5th mm.

Summary: This study compared three laser-assisted protocols with conventional walking bleaching in terms of bleaching efficacy after regenerative endodontic treatments (RETs). Significant discoloration was observed in all samples ten weeks after RET, but both 35% hydrogen peroxide bleaching and laser-assisted bleaching were effective at whitening teeth that underwent RET.

Summary: This study investigated the effects of blood and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), commonly used scaffolds in regenerative endodontic treatment, on the hydration, microstructure, and color stability of three hydraulic calcium silicate cements. The results showed that the color stability of cements exposed to blood was significantly greater than those exposed to PRF and PBS. The color change of OrthoMTA was significantly greater than that of RetroMTA and TotalFill in the presence of blood and PRF.
