Summary: In this study, we investigated the influence of linear accelerator multi-leaf collimators (MLC) positional errors on measurement-based quality assurance (QA) passing rates. By analyzing trajectory log files and comparing planned versus delivered fluence, we calculated the MLC matching percentage and correlated it with QA passing rates. The results showed a significant correlation between MLC matching percentage and QA passing rates, indicating that trajectory log file analysis can improve IMRT QA passing rates.

Summary: The study aimed to analyze treatment plans and predict which plans will fail a standard quality assurance measurement. A tool was created to analyze MLC positions and provide information for evaluation metrics calculation. Results showed significant correlation between MLC positions and median dose differences, but not with gamma analysis pass percentages.

Summary: In this study, a novel neural architecture search method was used to automatically tune and search for the best deep neural networks for predicting the quality assurance results of intensity-modulated radiation therapy. The results showed that this method achieved comparable performance to hand-designed deep learning architectures.

Summary: This study investigates the effect of dose gradient on quality assurance passing rate in IMRT delivery. The results show that the passing rate is generally correlated to the dose gradient, but the correlation is not predictable and varies with the measurement location.

Summary: This study investigated the pulse characteristics of a 6 MV photon beam during PRDR irradiations on a commercial linac. The feasibility of using EBT3 radiochromic film for use in IMRT QA was also investigated by comparing its response to a commercial diode array phantom.

Summary: This study compares the differences between using a new SRS MapCHECK system and an anthropomorphic phantom film-based system in a large network with different SRS delivery techniques. The results show that while SRSMC agrees dosimetrically with films within measurement uncertainties, the film dosimetry exhibits superior sub-millimeter localization resolving power.

Summary: This study investigates the impact of dosimetric parameters on acute and late toxicity for patients with anal squamous cell carcinoma treated with image-guided intensity modulated radiation therapy and concurrent chemotherapy. The results show significant associations between dose/volume parameters and acute and late toxicities. These findings can be used for individualized risk prediction and treatment planning.

Summary: A method for treatment plan verification for skin surface BT is reported. The study used thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs) for dose point measurements. The deviations between measured and TPS calculated doses for multi-catheter treatment configuration ranged from -8.4% to 13.3% with an average of 0.6%.

Summary: Magnetic resonance image-guided radiotherapy systems have introduced new challenges to quality assurance due to the unique characteristics of the systems. There is currently no consensus guidance on QA equipment and test requirements, necessitating the development of an overview and recommendations for different aspects of QA for such systems. This consensus work aims to provide a foundation for future research and development in QA protocols and measurement methods.

Summary: The gamma function is commonly used for comparing dose distributions, but its results verification is often not performed. To address this, an automatic tool using machine learning models based on radiomics features extraction from gamma images was developed for patient-specific QA results verification. Three models were created, with ML II achieving the highest accuracy among them.
