Real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assays for Middle East Respiratory Syndrome

Here we designed and tested two highly specific quantitative TaqMan (R)-MGB-based reverse transcriptase quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) assays for Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS).
