Two new diterpenoids, (3#,13S)-3-O-[6-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-13-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-labda-8(17),14-diene (1) and (4R,13S)-18-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyllabda-8(17),14-dien-13-ol (2) have been isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the dry fronds of Diplopterygium rufopilosum. Their structures were characterized by spectroscopic methods, including 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR, and HR-ESI-MS.
