Peer review is a cornerstone of research and of the scientific endeavor. Providing constructive scrutiny of the work of your peers ensures that research is of a sufficiently high quality for publication and helps researchers enhance their work. As a result, the overall quality of research in any given field is higher. An impactful peer review ensures work is ready to be shared with the wider research community, to influence future research, and most importantly, that it can begin to have tangible impacts on policy, healthcare, or any number of other practical applications.

This webinar is designed for reviewers - or anyone considering becoming a reviewer - looking to sharpen their skills, gain some useful insight that can help speed up the process, and explore more ways in which your reviews can make an impact on research in your field. It’s also a chance to find out about some of our upcoming reviewer initiatives.

By the end of this webinar, you will understand how to:

• clearly structure your review
• provide clear and actionable review of the research content
• know when or if to comment on language issues
• handle difficult manuscripts

A certificate of attendance will be provided.
