Peer Review Antagonist Clueless Computer and Information Science

The current version of the paper, from the reviewer’s point of view, stands more for the overview/survey report than a research paper. Therefore, it is hard to follow the contribution of the paper as mentioned facts have been already published and discussed at the international conferences. - How is the H2020 MoTiV project connected with the paper? - Authors say in the concluding section “The strongest aspect of the proposed approach is that by using a smartphone for collecting citizen data, it can be used in parallel for personal clues”.

Context by Author

The submitted paper was written when I contributed to the ongoing H2020 MoTiV project https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/770145.
The project explores the dynamics of individual preferences, behaviours and lifestyles that influence time use in mobility contexts. This project addresses emerging needs and perspectives on the Value of Travel Time (VTT) [14], a relevant research area particularly valuable to decisionmakers, transportation planners, engineers, and economists in projects aiming to enhance transportation infrastructure. Furthermore, the proposed mobile application will make initial data aggregation of the mobile sensor data and quantify user-perceived travel experience in the cloud edge. The use of mobile sensor data is expected to provide a better understanding of the dynamics of the cities, improving the utilization of the network infrastructure resources.
